With over a dozen distinct models, all with at least four varied elevations with unique architectural details such as roof lines, entry features, and porches, Carrington homes create a visually interesting custom home streetscape where each home is unique and eye-catching.
Carrington homes are designed by an award winning architect who specializes in custom homes. The plans are refreshingly unique yet traditional, and each model is created with a distinctive floor plan and set of elevations. Carrington homes are rich in architectural details and highly functional for today’s busy lives. Carrington homes are complex and require more time and skill to build than production homes where construction speed and simple design are important. Carrington trade partners are selected on their ability to build homes of high quality.
Carrington homes are one of a kind and the sales per year are limited in order to control quality and give each home and its buyers the attention they deserve. By limiting the number of homes built per year, a Carrington home has the potential to have a higher investment value at time of resale.
