At your Pre-Construction Meeting, you will meet with your Project Manager and Community Sales Representative to review your contract and plans. Our team of professionals will show you what is in store for the coming weeks and months, as they continue to keep you informed and guide you through the path to ownership. |

| Owner's Review. The final step of our quality assurance process is just before settlement on your home. Your Customer Service Representative will review with you the items that were addressed at your Homeowner's Orientation. At the end of this meeting, your home is ready for settlement. |

| Pre-Drywall Inspection. Your Pre-Drywall Inspection allows you to tour your home and observe the quality behind your walls. During this time, you will be able to see the framework for your rooms and confirm locations for doors, windows and closets, as well as your electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Take this opportunity to see your home after the rough, mechanical stage and as always, your Project Manager will address all of your questions and concerns. |

| Quality Assurance Inspection. We will conduct our own Quality Assurance Inspection to make sure that your home is ready for you to take delivery. A member of our management will walk through your home and create a list of any items requiring attention. Be assured that our team is committed to ensuring that your home is at presentation quality prior to your Homeowner Orientation. |

| Homeowner Orientation. Your Homeowner Orientation welcomes you to your new home and its many exquisite features. Our Quality Assurance Manager will schedule an appointment for you to attend a walk through demonstration of these features and together, you will confirm your installed selections and options and learn how to maintain the beauty of your new home. |
